In the case of issuing a VAT invoice for the services provided, it is necessary to provide contact details such as name, surname, number. phone number, e-mail address and company data – full company name, company address, tax identification number and bank account details.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We provide your personal data only to entities interested in performing the ordered service. These units may vary depending on the service requested or may not occur at all. In this case, we will always ask for permission to share your personal data, if necessary. In the case of VAT invoices, contractors’ data is transferred to the accounting office for the purpose of carrying out accounting processes. The accounting office is obliged to adequately secure the above-mentioned data and not to transfer them to unauthorized entities and persons.

We will keep your personal data indefinitely so that we can contact you at any time.

You have the right to access your personal data, change them or be forgotten (change and forgetfulness does not apply to VAT invoices, which results from Polish tax law).

How we protect your data
Your data comes to us in the form of an e-mail, which is stored on the protected incoming mail server of Kei.pl hosting (Kei.pl is obliged to secure the e-mail). The security policy of Kei.pl can be viewed here: https://www.kei.pl/firma/polityka-prywatnosci. Data in paper form (VAT invoices) are protected by the accounting office.
